Any reservation becomes effective only after the payment of deposit.
For a stay, their amount a person must be at least equal to the value of 3 days of the stay.
The paid(poured) deposit seal the mutual commitment between the customer and the hotelkeeper.
Consequently(Accordingly), the deposit are refundable only at the end of agreement(convention) if this one was entirely executed, thus without modification of date or reduction of time(weather) except mutual agreement.
Conversely, the disregard by the hotelkeeper of its commitments authorizes the customer to ask for damages amounting to the amount of the paid(poured) deposit. Furthermore, he(it) gets back naturally these.
The unconfirmed rooms(chambers) with deposit are not guaranteed beyond 6:00 pm. In case of dispute, only the court of Ajaccio is competent.
The deposit will be you pay off if the cancellation is warned(prevented) 10 days before the date of arrival.
